So we built the system that should have existed already — one operational backbone for utility locate work, with ticket intake, assignment, field documentation, and audit-ready closeout in a single system under a single audit trail. We started with direct ON1Call and Irth/BYDP integration because that's where most Canadian tickets live today, and the architecture extends across North America from there.
