LocateOps started with a simple observation: every dollar of damage prevention sits on top of software that hasn't kept up. Field crews work on paper or a patchwork of tools. Supervisors juggle spreadsheets. Audit evidence lives wherever someone remembered to save it.

We're building one operational backbone for utility locate work — ticket intake, assignment, field documentation, and audit-ready closeout in a single system with a single audit trail. We started with direct ON1Call and Irth/BYDP integration because that's where most Canadian tickets live today, and our architecture is built to extend across North America from there.
