This policy explains how LocateOps ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform and website.
What we collect
Account information you provide (name, email, company), locate ticket data ingested from one-call centers on your behalf, and operational metadata generated while using the platform (assignment, status changes, photos, sketches, audit records). We also collect standard server logs and product analytics to keep the service running.
How we use it
To operate LocateOps for your team, deliver outbound notifications, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your data and we do not use customer operational data to train third-party models.
Where it's stored
Data is stored on Supabase (Postgres) with encryption at rest and in transit, and served through Vercel's edge network. Operational records are retained for 7 years to support audit and compliance workflows. Full export is available at any time.
Your choices
You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us at admin@locateops.ca. Some records may be retained as required for audit or legal compliance.
