These terms govern your use of the LocateOps platform and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

LocateOps is a locate ticket management platform provided on a subscription basis. We're currently in beta — features may change as we ship, and we'll communicate meaningful changes ahead of time when we can.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping account credentials secure, for the accuracy of data your team enters, and for using the platform in compliance with the rules of your one-call center and applicable damage-prevention regulations.

Data ownership

Your operational data belongs to you. We provide full export at any time and apply a 7-year retention policy to locate records to support audit needs.

Service availability

We work hard to keep LocateOps available, but during beta we don't offer a formal uptime SLA. We'll communicate planned maintenance and respond promptly to incidents.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" during beta. Our liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
